Position Summary: Patient Centered Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our pediatric clinic team in Washington, DC. This role involves nursing practice based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, and Patient Centered Services Policies and Procedures. We support RN relationships within the community, focusing on the health and well-being of the community at large.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Update professional profile, participate in councils and community outreach, demonstrate critical thinking, and communicate effectively to advocate for patients.
• Empowerment: Maintain regulatory requirements, attend mandatory education, review peers professionally, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Professional Practice: Utilize assessment data for patient care, demonstrate clinical skills, prioritize and organize tasks, ensure high standards of documentation, and plan for educational needs of patients and families.
• Safety: Promote safety for patients, families, visitors, and co-workers, validate and verify information, communicate accurately, and practice self-check behavior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 1 year of RN experience
• DC RN license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
