In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive guest experience throughout the booking process. Responsibilities

•Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to assist customers in booking accommodations
•Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns, inquiries, and special requests
•Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or accommodations to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
•Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and customer interactions in the booking system
•Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly booking targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

•Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound phone sales
•Passion for providing memorable guest experiences
•High energy and enthusiasm for teamwork
•Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings up to 7 pm
•Proficiency with reservation software
•Strong multi-tasking abilities
•Excellent customer relations skills
•Familiarity with VRBO and Airbnb is advantageous
•Experience in B2B and B2C sales
•Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
•Effective closer with proven results
